Third Party Service Providers

This page lists the Third Party Service Providers that PeopleGuru, Inc. and its Affiliates (“Guru”) engage to deliver the Service, as referenced in Section 12.8 of the Master Agreement. Third Party Service Providers are Authorized Parties and receive access to Customer Data only as reasonably necessary to provide the Service.
Providers receive Customer Data only when Customer subscribes to or enables the related service. Use of some providers may require Customer’s agreement to additional terms and conditions. Guru may update this list from time to time.
Infrastructure and Hosting

AI Model Providers (if elected)
Used to provide the AI Assistant under the Order Form Terms and Conditions. AI Model Providers may not use Customer Data to train general-purpose or foundation models.
